PRINTDRILL provides custom printing and signage products to customers in the USA and Canada. Our goal is to deliver high-quality printed products tailored to your specifications. These Terms outline the conditions under which we offer our services.

2. Eligibility and User Obligations

To use PRINTDRILL’s services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information when placing orders.
  • Refrain from using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

Orders are accepted based on availability and customization requests. While we maintain an extensive stock of raw materials, certain hardware or accessories may occasionally be out of stock. In such rare cases, we will notify you immediately, cancel the order, and issue a full refund.

Payment Terms

We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of order.

Modifications and Adjustments

If we believe a customization option does not work well with the product, we will reach out to you for revisions. Should these adjustments affect pricing, we will notify you in advance.

Refunds

In the rare event of a mistake on our part, we will take full responsibility and issue a refund after confirming the issue through images or videos provided by you.

4. Design Services

PRINTDRILL offers design assistance to ensure your products meet your expectations. Please note:

  • All designs are used exclusively for printing on your ordered products and are deleted from our system after 3 months.
  • We do not share design or print files with customers or use customer-provided assets for any purposes other than completing their order.

Revisions

We provide two rounds of revisions. If the issue is not resolved after these revisions, we will work to find a common ground or, in rare cases, offer a refund and cancel the order.

5. Production and Shipping

Production Timelines

Production begins the next business day after design approval. We strive to meet the committed production and shipping timelines. In cases of unforeseen delays, we will make every effort to expedite your order.

Shipping

Currently, we ship to the USA and Canada. Shipping fees and timelines will be shared during the checkout process.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and Refunds

Since we specialize in custom products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective product, we will refund your purchase after you provide video or photographic evidence that our Quality Control team can verify.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before production begins by emailing us at "hello@printdrill.com". Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

While we are committed to delivering high-quality products, PRINTDRILL is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as delays caused by third-party shipping services or mishandling of products by delivery partners.

All content on the PRINTDRILL website, including logos, designs, and text, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. User Content

We respect your privacy and will not use any files, images, or designs you provide for purposes other than completing your order. These assets will not be used for promotions or displayed on our website.
