At PRINTDRILL, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered in a timely and secure manner. Please review the following shipping policies to understand our process, timelines, and commitments.

1. Shipping Locations

PRINTDRILL currently ships to the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping outside of these locations at this time.

2. Business Days Definition

All shipping timelines (Standard, Expedited, or Rush) are measured in business days.

  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and carrier holidays (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL observed holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery. Available shipping methods include:

  • Economy Shipping: Typically delivered within 10 business days in the U.S. and 15 business days in Canada.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 15 business days in the U.S. and 20 business days in Canada.

  • Premium Shipping: Typically delivered within 7 business days in the U.S. and 10 business days in Canada.

  • Rush Shipping (select products only): Timelines vary depending on product and carrier availability, but are usually 3–5 business days within the U.S. and 8–10 business days in Canada.

Note: Delivery estimates are in addition to production time.

4. Free Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 — available on approximately 99% of our products.

However, please note:

  • Some products may have a higher free shipping threshold (e.g., $150 or $275), depending on product type, weight, or handling requirements.

  • Certain oversized, heavy-duty, or specialty products do not qualify for free shipping at any value.

Each product page will display whether free shipping is available for that product.

5. How Free Shipping Is Applied

Free Shipping is determined only on product value, not product value plus shipping charges.

  • Example: If your cart total is $105 and Standard Shipping is $10, the net product value is $95. Because $95 is below the $99 threshold, free shipping does not apply.

  • Once your product value alone meets or exceeds the threshold (e.g., $99), Standard Shipping will automatically display as $0.

👉 Pro Tip: To check eligibility, subtract the Standard Shipping fee from your total cart value. If the remaining amount meets the free shipping threshold, the order qualifies for free shipping.

6. Production and Shipping Timelines

Since PRINTDRILL specializes in custom products, timelines vary:

  • Production Start: Begins the business day after we receive your final design approval and payment.

  • Production Time: Typically 2–3 business days, but large/complex orders may take longer.

  • Shipping Time: Based on your chosen shipping method.

Estimated Delivery = Production Time + Shipping Time

7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

8. Delays and Exceptions

We strive to deliver on time, but delays outside our control may occur, including:

  • Carrier delays (weather, labor strikes, etc.)

  • Customs clearance (for Canadian shipments)

  • Incomplete or inaccurate addresses

PRINTDRILL is not liable for such delays but will work with you and the carrier to resolve issues where possible.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@printdrill.com with your order number, tracking info, and photos (if damaged).

  • We will file a claim with the carrier.

  • Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will correct it.

  • If already shipped, we will attempt to redirect through the carrier, but additional fees will apply.

11. Shipping Restrictions

  • No shipping to P.O. Boxes.

  • Certain oversized or freight-only items may require special delivery arrangements.

12. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For Canadian Orders)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties, customs fees, and taxes as determined by your local government. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in PRINTDRILL’s pricing or shipping charges.
