Didn’t Hold Up in Heavy Wind

Was hoping this would be a more durable option, but the pole snapped after two uses during some strong wind. Disappointed, especially for the price.

Hello Mr Holloway, thank you for sharing the details and photos with us. As you confirmed, the pole itself was intact. From the pictures, it became clear that the issue occurred when very strong winds toppled the flag, and the graphic unfortunately came into contact with barbed wire, which caused the tear. Our flags and poles are built to handle normal outdoor use, but extreme weather combined with sharp objects nearby can sometimes lead to damage.

We appreciate that you recognized our efforts to identify the root cause. As a special case, we replaced the flag graphic for you at a discounted rate.
