Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At PRINTDRILL, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with our custom printing and signage products. Since our products are made-to-order, we have specific policies in place regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please review the following details carefully.


1. Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. All orders are subject to a thorough quality control process before shipping to ensure you receive your product in the best condition possible.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the manufacturing or printing.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, you will need to provide visual proof (e.g., photos or video) of the defect or damage.

Steps for Return:

  1. Contact us via email at hello@printdrill.com with your order number and photos/videos of the defect.
  2. Our team will assess the provided evidence and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.
  3. If approved, we will process a refund or replacement as per the situation.

2. Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Refunds are available in specific cases as outlined below:

Full Refunds:

  • Defective Products: If there is a verified defect with your product due to a manufacturing error or damage during shipping, we will issue a full refund.
  • Order Cancellations (before production): If you cancel your order before production begins, a full refund will be provided.

Partial Refunds:

In certain cases where minor issues can be resolved, partial refunds or credit toward future purchases may be offered as a goodwill gesture.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal).
  • If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your payment provider, as some banks or payment processors may take additional time.

3. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order without any penalty if production has not yet started.

  • To cancel your order, you must notify us by email at hello@printdrill.com with your order number.
  • If production has already begun, we will be unable to cancel the order, and no refund will be provided for cancellations at that stage.

Non-Cancellable Products:

  • Once the production process has begun, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of the products.

Production Start Time:

  • Production typically begins within 1 business day of receiving design approval. Therefore, it is essential to submit cancellation requests promptly to avoid any issues.

4. Exceptions

PRINTDRILL reserves the right to review and address exceptional cases that may not be explicitly covered by this policy on a case-by-case basis. In such instances, we will work closely with the customer to resolve the situation in a fair and satisfactory manner.
